Kissimmee Destination Wedding by Liz Martinez Creations

This Kissimmee wedding was my first ever destination wedding! And what an amazing experience it was. Kylie and Nelson were so kind and welcoming. It was wonderful to have a change of pace and a different venue vibe than what I’m used to up here in the northeast. It was so romantic to be around the lush greenery and the captivating natural beauty at Paradise Cove. The perfect location for an intimate outdoor wedding. And it became their own private corner of Lake Buena Vista in Kissimmee for their wedding day.

There is more than one reason why this Kissimmee destination wedding is SUPER special to me though.

Besides it being my very first wedding in Florida, I did it all on my own with no second shooter. Which wouldn’t have been as positively memorable as it was if this group hadn’t made me feel so incredibly welcome and part of the family. And of course the scenery, the couple, and all the details were all STUNNING.

I will simply never get over this lovely wedding day.

What an honor to be the one to photograph such important life moments like this. Especially moments that will be looked back on fondly not just by the couple but by their families for generations to come. This is why I stress so much to those I know that are looking to hire a wedding photographer to know exactly what photography style you gravitate towards. If you know what’s important to you when it comes to your wedding images it will cut down the stress associated with selecting a photographer tremendously!
